Description of bed bug eggs…
Bed bug eggs are white transparent in color and extremely small to the naked eye. Each of the eggs resemble tiny individual pieces of rice, only instead of rice inside there is a baby bed bug or instar. The instar or baby bed bug always hatches from an end of the egg. The female bed bug cements her eggs to areas where humans, (the host), frequents for no less than one hour a day or every other day. This insures the baby bed bug inside of the egg, will immediately have a meal to feast upon once hatched. Bed bugs must be able to feed or they cannot grow to adulthood and reproduce. Bed bug females can lay eggs for their whole life by mating every 6-8 weeks. Females will normally lay their eggs somewhat close together near the same spot they are hiding, unless you cause spreading issues or females are trying to escape males constantly trying to mate. You can cause them to spread to different areas that they may be hiding in simply by spraying chemicals yourself, distributing them or transporting bed bugs into different areas on items you are carrying with you, (which is normally the biggest spreading problem). An example would be taking blankets or pillows to a different room from another room, to cuddle up.

How many eggs do bed bugs lay in 1 day?…
Each bed bug female can lay 1-5 eggs a day at 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 5-10 eggs a day at 86 degrees Fahrenheit. It will normally be on the lower side of eggs laid per day, but there are exceptions. Anything above 90 degrees and bed bugs will start to get uncomfortable because they've become too hot at this point.
