I called Dead Bug Walking for an estimate. They came to my house several days later and did a very though examination of my house . During the hour or monte examination they found evidence of bug infestation. They then gave me an estimation for extermination which was quite expensive: however they offered payment option and several other cheaper options which would might require more treatments; however I was pleased S they really worked with me. They showed up on time and did a very thorough job even helped clear additional item from my home so that could get the job job. Also discussed what steps I need to do to help remain bug free. A family member's house turned up with a bed bug problem back in February. Immediately, a professional exterminator who advertised in bed bug treatment was hired. Unfortunately, it was not Dead Bug Walkin. When bugs reappeared in early August, we called Dead Bug Walkin. The disruption to life and home was extensive with the 'other exterminator'. We were told treatment would need to be every two weeks for a duration of twelve weeks to ensure total eradication. Treatment would consist of multiple pesticides in the whole home, no heat. This 'other exterminator' instructed that everything from all three bedrooms needed to be put into totes or garbage bags and set aside in the shed, garage, or outside until the full twelve weeks of treatments concluded. Later, we would learn that the 'other exterminator's' instructions were extremely inadequate for proper preparation and storage of items to keep from reintroducing or spreading the bugs. Additionally, not only were their pesticides inadequate for killing bed bugs, they did not apply treatments as described. Dead Bug Walkin specializes in bed bug treatment and focuses solely on the eradication of bed bugs. Zach came out for inspection same day. He visibly showed us where the bugs were setting in again. Zach goes the extra mile to assess where additional 'hidden' infestations might be based on lifestyle of the household occupants, allowing him to tailor treatment. He addressed our concerns about the possibility of bugs having spread into the garage, shed, and even patio furniture during the last prep and previous exterminator's failed treatments. Zach inspected all these areas, and though bug activity was not present, he treated those additional areas of concern for us. He even inspected our vehicles for further peace of mind. The quote from Dead Bug Walkin was on par for the cost of treatment the other exterminator had charged. Yet, Zach inspected more extensively, and treated more thoroughly with significantly less disruption. Zach used multiple types of pesticide as well as heat. He only needed one full day to complete treatment, not 12 weeks. Zach gave very detailed instructions for successful prep so that returning items into the home wouldn't reintroduce bugs. The best part of working with Dead Bug Walkin was that prep was far less involved this time. Most items stayed in place to go through the heat treatment, reducing the chance of reintroducing bugs. Zach responded to questions by phone or text within the same day. He is extremely patient, kind and thorough. He encourages you to ask questions, any time, when there are any doubts about what to do during prep or post treatment. I can't recommend Dead Bug Walkin enough. It's now 2 weeks post treatment with zero signs of live bugs. There's even a 60 day warranty that can be extended, every 60 days, for up to one year. The 'other exterminator' only guaranteed 30 days with no option to extended. Do yourself a favor, if you have ANY bed bug concerns, call Zach with Dead Bug Walkin.Clover08/26/2024

I was just concerned that maybe these eggs I saw in my car could of potentially been bed bug ones as last year I fought the issue and had it treated but wasn't sure if they would maybe be nuzzled in my vehicle. After finding a few bedbugs in a vacation rental, we wanted to ensure that nothing entered our home. We were looking for someone to treat our car since it was the only thing potentially exposed aside from our luggage. This was the only bedbug company I could find that mentioned treating vehicles. Best bed bug treatment service in the Tulsa area for sure. I wasn't expecting so much helpful information from just calling and talking to them. They don't let anyone besides a bed bug specialist answer calls! They also allow text messages and pictures sent which really made things much easier at times. Dead Bug Walkin LLC set my family up with a bed bug inspection and assessment 1st. Which was incredibly helpful mostly cause they go over each room of your home explaining how we was supposed to prepare each room for treatment day and what they will be doing themselves on bed bug treatment day. After speaking with them we decided to go with a whole home heat bed bug treatment that heats up to and stays at 150 degrees for hours. It's called heat remediation and i can vouch that it bakes every bed bug and egg with ease. DBW also applied 2 different types of safe preventative chemicals that bed bugs cannot tell is even there. They explained to my family that when highly effective non-repellent bed bug chemicals are added to a bed bug treatment using heat to exterminate bed bugs, it's the absolute best way to kill bed bugs in 1 day and keep them from being able to just re-infest your home again. Came with a free warranty that you can extend up to one year if you want. I recommend this bed bug exterminator company. They were extremely honest and transparent with me. They treated us more like family than just a customer. I waited 6 months to write this review to make sure everything went like DBW said it would and it did! So I called around and got about the same estimate, but felt more comfortable by calling back Dead Bug Walkin. I thought they are going to suggest expensive treatment at least get a warranty.

Zach showed up and went to work, crawling around checking all the furniture flooring, crevices took about an hour.. Again I thought oh no here comes the bill and expensive treatment..

Zach said he did not find any bed bugs, but did find a couple of other bugs.. Stated the house was very clean and then recommended a treatment plan and suggested someone closer than him. Then he walked around and gave information on how to keep pest out all together..

I called Dead Bug Walk-in' to see about getting my house sprayed for scorpions. I talked to Zac, the owner and I was so impressed! Zac was very helpful and honest. Other pest control companies either told me we had carpet beetles, or that we would have to take major renovation steps (like remove paneling, door jams, carpeting) to ensure complete removal.

Prior to my appointment, Zach did a consultation visit the Tuesday prior. He spent time examining every nook and answered every question regarding our issue. After his determination, he could tell things were tight financially, and worked within our means. He gave thorough instructions on what was needed, even offering to answer any questions leading up to the visit scheduled for March 23, 2019.

The day of the appointment he was exceptionally thorough. He even put back together our room by himself. Although it was late in the day, he did not rush.

Zach is kind, thorough, timely, and cares about helping people resolve the issue at hand. Please support local businesses.
